For Oura, Garmin and Fitbit users

Your body talks all night.
We translate it by morning.

Take an 8-minute quiz, link your wearable, and wake up to a one-page plan for the day — on WhatsApp, every morning at 7am.

"Your HRV dropped 24% below baseline. For a type that runs hot and driven, this is heat and stress stacking up. Today calls for stillness, not intensity."

How it works

Three steps. Eight minutes to start.

01
Find your body-mind type
An 8-minute quiz, rooted in classical Ayurveda. You learn whether you run hot, cool, or steady — and what that means for sleep, food, and stress.
02
Connect your wearable
Oura, Garmin, or Fitbit in two clicks. Apple Watch coming soon. Don't have one yet? Start the quiz now and connect later.

03
Wake up to a plan
Every morning at 7am, WhatsApp delivers three specific actions based on last night's data and your type. Skip the run. Swap the coffee. Ten minutes of breathwork before your first meeting.

A real example

This is what arrives at 7am.

Below is the plan that arrived on Priya's phone yesterday morning. Yours will be different — it's built from your data and your type.

REM sleep
Your Oura data shows elevated resting heart rate and reduced REM — your nervous system stayed on alert. People with a Pitta-leaning type (runs hot, driven, recovers slowly under stress) feel this hardest after late nights stack up. This isn't a bad day — it's information.
Skip the morning run. A 20-minute walk before 8am does more for recovery than intervals on a stressed HRV. · Now
Replace coffee with warm coriander tea. Caffeine spikes cortisol on an already-elevated baseline. · Morning
10 minutes of cooling breathwork (Sheetali) before your first meeting. Reduces sympathetic activation. · Before 10am

Common questions

Answered straight.

How long does it take to start?
Eight minutes for the quiz. Two clicks to connect your wearable. Your first morning insight arrives on WhatsApp the next day at 7am Singapore time.
I don't have a wearable yet — can I still try this?
Yes. Take the quiz today and you'll get your body-mind type and a starter plan. When you pick up an Oura, Garmin or Fitbit, link it from your dashboard and the morning insights begin.
What if my wearable doesn't sync?
You'll see a sync status in the dashboard within an hour of connecting. If it fails, write to hello@abettr.me — we'll get it working.
Is this medical advice?
No. aBetterMe is a wellness service. We surface patterns from your data and pair them with practices from classical Ayurveda and peer-reviewed sleep, HRV and metabolic research. If something concerns you, see a doctor.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase, in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data, ever. PDPA-aligned. You can export or delete everything from the dashboard.
Can I share the insights with my doctor?
Yes. Every morning insight is exportable as a PDF from the dashboard. A lot of our users bring them to their next check-up.
